AGARTALA, Dec 5 (TIWN): At least 2 lakh's worth woods have been seized by the Forest Dept (under Battala Forest Dept force) on Tuesday from a vehicle.
Getting informed through secret sources, Forest Officials went after the vehicle which was carrying big size's woods but at Ranir Bazar's Burakha area Lalit Bazar the driver gave up and escaped.
Even though nobody could be arrested but the vehicle have been seized numbered-TR01L1801.
The vehicle has kept in Salbagaan Forest Office.
