Tripura Bank officials place deputation to Police Chief

AGARTALA, Nov 27 (TIWN): Tripura Bank Officials have placed deputation to the Director General of Police demanding rescue of four kidnapped bank officials of Taidu Gramin Bank.
The officials under United Forum have met the DGP demanding rescue of the bank officials as fast as possible.
The four bank officials were kidnapped before 3 days and the kidnappers had demanded Rs 10 lakhs per each victim.
But surprisingly police could not track the location, only the vehicle of the victims were recovered.
This incident has generated tension across the state, panicked the families and other bank officials.
Opposition BJP had also time bounded police with 24 hrs for the rescue operations completion, which has already crossed.
