2 arrested for illegal selling of cooking gas

AGARTALA, Oct 25 (TIWN): When LPG cylinder crisis is hitting the consumers, black-marketing of cooking gas has no respite. 2 persons were arrested on Wednesday in this illegal cooking gas's selling racket.
The incident took place at Aralia on Wednesday after local people had identified a vehicle numbered TR01H1525 with 12 gas cylinders carrying over it.
Getting informed police rushed to the spot and arrested Shikha Debnah and the driver.
All the Cylinders are now seized, whereas police are suspecting Shikha Debnath's husband Babul Debnath is also involved in that case.
Many people are allegedly involve in this racket of cooking gas's illegal supplies across the capital city. However, police are investigating the case.
