AGARTALA, Oct 25 (TIWN): With another setback, Tripura Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty said, "I do not want to assure anything right now to the 10323 teachers, but my stand with them is still same (Pashe Achi)".
Chakraborty said after 12000 non-teaching posts' hearing had been once again postponed till 16th January, 2018.
This setback has majorly affected the 10323 teachers' who were terminated on 2017's March 29 at the Supreme Court due to illegal recruitments of those teachers done by Tripura Govt in 2010 and 2014.
The 10323 teachers' termination date is December 31st 2017 and the next hearing os on 2018's January 16 : that has triggered tension among 10323 teachers.
The case was filed by a deprived unemployed youth Debashish Pal Chowdhury against the Chief Secretary Sanjeev Ranjan who signed the 12000 nonteaching staffs' recruitment. The main controversy came when Tripura Govt asked teaching experience for the non-teaching posts.
