Agartala, August 13 (TIWN): Despite being green, Tripura still facing lack of rains in monsoon which create impact on agricultural field and raising water tables. During monsoon season the rate of rainfall didn't reach comfort level for agriculture in state.
On Wednesday morning the quantity of rainfall upto 8.30 am is 0.2 milliliters- says Airport sources. The maximum temperature is 32 degree and minimum is 26 degree. The sky will remain cloudy. Rainfall will continue.
However in the 1st week of August the rainfall was good. In the 2nd week The monsoon flow slightly weaken and rainfall for the country as a whole decreases. However, the rainfall over smaller pocket over Eastern including NE continues. It is said that Overall the adverse impact of ENSO on Indian monsoon during remaining part of the season could be less.
