AGARTALA, Sep 23 (TIWN): Finally common people have come on protest in demand of withdrawal of the ongoing internet suspension in Tripura.

Tripura  has become such a state where people have to protest for internet also !

Young protesters raised question, "Why don't police take action against rumour spreaders ?? Some people spread rumour and for that why all have to suffer?"

The agitation was shown at City Centre, Agartala.

Tripura internet connection was disrupted after journalist Santanu's murder at Mandai, as the state govt called a suspension to internet since the day of Santanu's murder on Sep-20 to 'avoid extra rumour about the murder case'.
