UDAIPUR, Sep 14 (TIWN): With total negligence, Child helpline workers after recovering a child handed him to his family back. No action was taken against his parents for torturing their child physically.

The child named Raju Das (10), S/O-Goutam Das went out of home before a month being frustrated of the continuous tortures done upon him.

However, he started to work in a shop although Raju was spotted and recovered soon by Child helpline.

But  unexpectedly the help line workers have handed him to his parents again.
