AGARTALA, Sep 7 (TIWN): Amra Bangali on Wednesday has strongly protested against the BJP proposed State Council alleging that it will increase the fights more among the Triabls and Non-Tribals more.
Addressing a press meet the Amra Bangali supporters opposed State-Division as well as State Council.
“Already CPI-M designed ADC has damaged the peace in the state. We don’t need more divisions”, the President of Amra Bangali said.
“State-Division” was opposed by Amra Bangali seeing the tiny size of the state and “State-Council” was opposed saying it’s totally unnecessary and will create further border lines among Tribal and Bengali areas, whereas developments will not come at all just as the fate of ADC.
“Already in the name of ADC division has been created generated hatred among the people and developed separate lands demands, whereas ADC has failed to bring developments actually. In the same manner the state council is also a trap of further divisions”, said the Amra Bangali President.
