AGARTALA, Sep 4 (TIWN): Goondaraj of Agartala Clubs has begun in the Capital City in the name of donation-collection for Durga Puja.

Even the students of Schools and Colleges are targeting badly who are staying in rents.

The demand of donation even from the students have gone up to 1000 rupees.

Resentment have brewed among the helpless students.

Sometimes people are giving 'chanda' at local area, office area even when they are staying in rents. So from a single pocket donation is taking thrice by various clubs.
