AGARTALA, Sep 4 (TIWN): SFI has withdrawn nomination papers for the College Election following a massive rally at MBB College and other Colleges.
SFI have urged the College students to vote for SFI and make them to win the election.
Recently a fresh clash had occurred among SFI and ABVP members centering the College Election.
Akhil Bharatiyas Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) had burnt tires at Motor Stand reacting over the attack upon one ABVP members at MBB College during nomination submission on Friday.
Breaking down SFI's domination on College Elections, for the first time when ABVP went to file nomination the attack was done by SFIs, alleged the ABVP members Pijush Kanti Saha. During nomination submitting ahead of College Election, one ABVP member was injured and assaulted by SFIs.
ABVP alleged that SFI threw heating comments against them as well as injured one ABVP member. However, the Education Minister is yet silent over the issue. SFIs said that this is nothing but a drama before 'Not Standing in the Election'.
