AGARTALA, Sep 3 (TIWN): One night's rain has led Agartala people desheltered and 3 flood refugee camps have been opened.
Baldakhal, Pratapgarh, Srilanka Bosti areas are the highest sufferers.
Agartala has been identified such a city where flood emerges at the fastest manner as there is no proper drainage system.
River Howrah's water level has also been raised. NDRF is in reque operation.
