AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): That’s what Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar exactly said on Sunday interview when he was asked about his I-Day speech. “I am a Political Activist and being a political activist on that day my speech should be politicalâ€, said CM. “It is linked with the interest of the country Interest of the peopleâ€, said CM. However, the Chief Minister didn’t mention that he talked on violence, cursed NDA Govt with false allegation of ‘Go-raksha’ and killing of minority that may satisfy the need of the people’s sentiment but only for a section of people who always attempts to instigate the violence. The Chief Minister also called the Independence Day a Political Day.However, even though only 6 months are left for the elction, Sarkar strictly denied that he had any election-motive behind his speech, but accepted his ‘speech was Political’.
‘I-Day itself is a political day and I spoke on politics but not for election propaganda’, Sarkar added.
“Being a political worker, how my speech will be out of politics on Independence Day?”, said Sarkar.
Now, this is what the Tripura Chief Minister or Chief Ministers of our country have started to behave that led them everywhere to do nothing except politics. In such conditions, political fightings / propaganda have turned more important, than the actual development.
