UDAIPUR, Aug 22 (TIWN): Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udaipur Gomati District has convicted an accused namely Sri Rajib Das (18) S/O Sri Sukumar Das of No-01 Fulkumari South Para PS R.K.Pur Under Gomati District, U/S- 457/380 IPC.

 On 23-08-2015, R.K.Pur PS Case No. 2015RKP146  U/S- 457/380 IPC, was registered on the basis of written compliant of the complainant against the accused namelySri Rajib Das (18) S/O Sri Sukumar Das of No-01 Fulkumari South Para PS R.K.Pur Under Gomati District; for causing theft in respect of Cash Rs- 30,900/- at No-01 Fulkumari in the dwelling house of the complainant on 20-08-2015 night at about 0330 hrs.

During investigation I.O of the case arrested the FIR named A/P and forwarded to Ld. Court. After investigation Charge-sheet was filed by SI Raju Bhowmik of R.K.Pur PS, on 27-11-2015 against accused person namely Sri Rajib Das (18) S/O Sri Sukumar Das of No-01 Fulkumari South Para PS R.K.Pur Under Gomati District, vide R.K.Pur PS  C/S No. 125/2015 U/S 457/380 IPC.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Sri Rajib Das (18) is guilty U/S 457/380 IPC and sentence to imprisonment already under gone for both the offence punishable U/S 457/380 IPC with fine of Rs- 200/- for each section in default to pay a fine to suffer simple imprisonment for 04 days.
