AGARTALA, July 15 (TIWN): All Tripura Merchant Association in a press meet alleged that Tripura's economy under tight fight due to the ongoing road blockade since 6 days.

The Association also criticized Modi Govt's Demonetization, GST accusing these economic changes for hitting their business.

"During Rs. 500, Rs. 1000's demonetization, Tripura small businessmen faced a lot of problems. Now the GST has been implemented that is quite confusing. Finally the road blockade has hit the business badly", said the Association members.

 The press conference held at Sashti-Bazar followed by urging IPFT to withdraw the blockade over National Highway and Railway.
