AGARTALA, June 30 (TIWN): Tripura Nari Samiti held a protest issuing the recent Bidyut Ghosh's matter who was charged for blackmailing a woman with a false marriage certificate.

According to the victim, she said that since last 3 years the BJP member was using here physically with a false marriage certificate.

Tripura has recorded with 86 % crime against women. Everyday 1 rape victim is reported from state. However, Nari Samiti didn't raise other victims issues in their protest as Bithika and Bina murder case.

Recently, National Commission for Women leader Sushma Sahu declared that Tripura has recorded with 86 % of 'Crime against Women'.
