AGARTALA, June 27 (TIWN) Law and order of Tripura again on question in Tripura after a tribal woman was beaten by her neighbours after disrobing her.

The victim is a resident of Dhupchara, allegedly was abused by ruling party cadre women leaders from her neighbor.

Opposition BJP alleged that CPI-M’s LCM’s wife and his two sisters had done this activity.

But when BJP Mohila Morcha went to police station, police said they are unaware of it.

On the other hand Rakhi Debbarma was in escape out of fear as she was warned by CPI-M cadres not to disclose the issue.

Later, with the initiative of BJP Mohila Morcha FIR was lodged and against 4 persons complained had been lodged for this heinous crime.

The four accused are : Bish Laxmi Debbarma, Rabi Kanya Debbarma, Barana Debbarma and BIdyut Debbarma.
