AGARTALA, June 18 (TIWN): On the occasion of Roza Ramadan month of Muslims, at Gedu Mia Masjid a Palm Fruit distribution programme has begun on Sunday.

Addressing a press meet Mufti Ang Mumun Saheb, the President of Tripura Rajya Jamiyat Ulamaye Hind told media, "Jamiyat Ulamay Hind is a social organization, help people in various crisis situation as flood, earthquake, Tsunami etc".

On Sunday as a part of Ramzan's Iftar item, palm fruits have started to distributes across Tripura.

The official inauguration has been done at Agartala Gedu Mia Masjid.
