AGARTALA, June 17 (TIWN): Citing another example of development under the left front Era, a bridge has been collapsed, after 24 hours of rain on Saturday at Katakhal.

However, the locals who were found boating at that area, said as the bamboo bridge has been collapsed due to the rain so boat is now their transport.

Earlier, the PWD was informed many times about the issue but it has remained without any action. From Saturday thus boat has replaced the transport with the bridge.
