Agartala, Jun 2 (TIWN): Tripura University (Central) has been entrusted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, with the task of ‘Course Development’ for training / induction of faculty under the Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching.
The training is aimed at improving the quality of faculty in higher education.
The 3-6 months long training in five broad domain areas/ discipline of Humanities, Liberal, Pure Science and Mathematics, Applied Sciences and Commerce will start from August next.
Tripura University (Central) happens to be one of the four faculty development centres in the country which have been entrusted with the responsibility of course development for such training/ induction.
