AGARTALA, May 19 (TIWN): With the cold response from the Municipality, PWD regarding pathetic road condition at Indranagar, locals have blocked road on Friday.

Due to the protest a huge traffic jam was observed on that way, created havoc on the road in office hours.

The agitators alleged that after consistent complaints, nobody bothered about their agonies; as a result in rainy weather the locals face much problems, led them to hold the protest.  

Later police and local authority arrived the spot and meeting the protesters controlled the situation anyhow.
