AGARTALA, April 27 (TIWN): Dr Bikash Roy was felicitated at Agartala by Tripura Health & Family Welfare Dept.
J K Debbarma, Health & Family Welfare Dept Director was the chief guest of the felicitation programme.
The programme held at Gorkhabosti, Agartala amidst many health officials presence.
Dr Bikash Roy is a child specialist and received President award.
