AGARTALA, April 25 (TIWN): A Congress supporter (from NSUI) named Krishna Orang was seriously injured at Agartala when they were returning after a 8 day long 'pada-yatra' from Sabroom.

The youth congress protesters alleged that when they were holding a peaceful rally suddenly attack began from an ambulance. They also punch Orang on his face and thrown heavy thing on him which hit him hard.

Presently, Krishna Orang has been admitted at GB Hospital.

As a part of reaction, the protesters blocked Melarmath road, resulted much chaos on that way.

Congress also having a mass gathering at Agartala with various demands.

Among all the demands, Congress chief demands are :

1. CBI inquiry against Rose Valley Chit fund and demanding the compensation money for the deprived people,

2. To convert TTADC into TTAC,

3. Govt should take charge of tea gardens,

4. 10,323 teachers alternative jobs,

5. to start allowance for unemployed youths

6. To take action against BJP's increasing racial activities & 12 more demands.
