KAILASHAHAR, April 3 (TIWN): A couple of around 70 years left without oldage-allowance at Kailashahar allegedly due to the ‘inhuman’ attitude of the left front govt here.

The couple has been identified as Chaita Jara and Ful Jara.

Reportedly Chaita Jara used to work in a factory but due to various health issues, he lost his livelihood and now living anyhow depending upon the daughter-in-law. If she gives meal then the old people can eat and if she doesn’t then they have to starve.

Asking the Village Committee leaders again and again nobody helped them.

Village committee chairman Nantu Orang’s home is very close to them, but the old people are living anyhow without basic rights of living.
