'Good marks can not make good teachers' : Bijan Dhar continues insulting SC

AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): With the ending of 2 day long State Committee meeting, CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar told media that CPI-M's statement about SC's verdict was 'inhuman' has been fully supported by State Committee.
Referring the 58 persons to file case in HC, Bijan Dhar said that they were inspired by opposition parties.
"Moreover marksheet with good marks doesn't qualify a person to be good teacher", Dhar added.
Along with Bijan Dhar, Goutam Das was also present in that press meet held at Melarmath party office.
