AGARTALA, April 1 (TIWN): Tripura CPI-M continues to insult CPI-M accusing Supreme Court’s decision as ‘inhuman’ in 10,323 case.
Tripura Govt on March 29, 2017 had lost a case in Supreme Court which was a challenge to High Court’s order regarding irregularities in recruiting teachers. High Court cancelled 10,323 teachers in 2014, May 7 but Tripura Govt challenging HC’s order went to SC but Supreme Court uphold HC’s order.
Immediately after the order passed Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty although switched off his mobile but he said in his statement that ‘SC’s order is inhuman’.
Surprisingly, CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar on Friday also said same that the judgment was inhuman, but didn’t mention that state govt was wrong.
