Indus group in its journey of 14 years have emerged from an East based skill building organization to one of the top 10 skill building and workforce development company in India.

It's journey in Tripura began in 2012 and in 2016-17 Tripura Skill Development Mission has decided to train 2500 people with different depts like Minority, Directorate for Welcome of SC/ ST particularly for vulnerable.

However, it's to be seen how far training is given an how these train would affect the unemployment rate.
