UDAIPUR, July 10 (TIWN): The burning of contues with a TATA NANO car was mysteriously burnt in Udaipur on Thursday evening. The incident took place in Khilpara under Radhakishorepur Police Station (near Kilpara Dargah). At around 6.15pm local people informed Udaipur Fire Station as they saw smoke emitting from a deserted garage. In that garage a TATA NANO car, a yellow coloured one, was parked in that garage.
After receiving the call a fire engine rushed to the spot but it was running out of water. At this an SOS was sent for another fire engine and the second engine somehow took control over the fire after 30 minutes operation. Meanwhile the local people grew angry with the non performance of the fire engine that was sent earlier. Smelling the rat a large police force rushed to spot and took control over the whole situation.
When the fire died down policemen brought out some burnt documents from the car and then it was revealed that the TATA NANO car (TR03G-0796) belonged to Jyotsna Pal, W/0- Paritosh Pal of Khilpara. Speaking to TIWN Jyotsna Pal said," Recently I bought this NANO after selling my old one and since then it has been kept in the garage in a neighbour's house. I am very sorry that the parts of my neighbour's house too were badly damaged”.
"However, Jyotsna further said that it was not known how the fire got its root but she only learnt from the incident from a neighbour and then rushed to the spot. But the primary investigation of police ruled out any conspiracy.
