AGARTALA, March 23 (TIWN): N C Debbarma, President of IPFT was suspended from the party on Wednesday.

Addressing the press meet Budhu Debbarma, said that due to his support in violence and taking bribe from BJP N C Debbarma has been banished from the party atleast for 6 months.

Thus it can be said that although common men flow with politicians directions, but behind the mask of a social worker almost all the politicians have some personal benefit.

This has been proven when NC Debbarma was exposed for taking lakhs of money from state BJP, said a source.

Allegation also raised against BJP is using the tribal regional parties for vote banks and people like NC Debbarma just want to enjoy the ADC funds with the mask of social welfare.

During Simna-Tamakari election, BJP President Harinath Debbarma had taken Rs. 2 lakhs from state BJP. Sujit Kr Banerjee had written a letter in BJP’s pad on October 3, 2016 where it was written that cashier Pratima Bhowmik on last 21^st August had delivered Rs. 2 lakhs at NC Debbarma’s home.

After this issue came out resentment brewed among the BJP and IPFT supporters in Tripura.
