AGARTALA, March 16 (TIWN): A daily worker was seriously injured while working with pitch at Agartala roadway.

The victim has been identified as Gobinda Sur.

Reportedly, he was working near NIT complex on Wednesday along with other workers.

But suddenly he slipped down and fall on the hot pitch.

Immediately he was taken to GB hospital, but doctors said his condition is very critical.

Criticism raised that without proper safety wearings, the daily workers here in Tripura often dies like this.
