AGARTALA, March 7 (TIWN): Whereas whole world is celebrating International Women’s Day on March-8, but the unending demand for boy child yet on peak in Tripura, which was proven after a mass chaos created at GB Hospital when a father alleged that her wife had birthed a boy child but the doctors exchanged him with a girl child.
The father has been identified as Sahadeb Dey, residence of Kakrabon under Udaipur.
Tripura although claims to have the highest literacy rate, but it’s far away to merge the gap between boy and girls’ ratios.
Unidentified bodies of girl child also reported from many places.
In this condition the allegation of Sahadeb Dey has been rubbished by doctors and nurses.
