AGARTALA, Feb 9 (TIWN): CPI-M backed Tripura College Teachers under College Teachers’ Association (CTA) placed deputation to the Higher Education Minister on Thursday.

The placed 3 demands altogether :

1. The working PGT & Instructors’ should be given the status of lecturer,
2. Part-time teachers should be given the first priority during recruitment,
3. To fill up the vacancies of PGT & Instructor posts.

In this regard the College Teachers held mass rally at Agartala.
