AGARTALA, Jan 21 (TIWN) : Northeast State Tripura gears up to celebrate Statehood Day-2017 on Saturday.

In this regard Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy will inaugurate a programme at Rabindra Bhawan.

Apart from Governor Agriculture Minister Aghore Debbarma, Chief Executive Member (CEM) of TTAADC Radha Charan Debbarma, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation and Chief Secretary Yaspal Singh are also scheduled to attend the auspicious programme.

However, apart from the capital city, other subdivisions will also celebrate the progamme with pomp and gaiety.
