AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): A workshop on training centre affiliation and accreditation under NSDC was held on Thursday at Pragna Bhawan. Tripura Govt. Industry and Health Secretary M Nagaraju inaugurated the ceremony.

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a Public Private Partnership (PPP), set up under Ministry of Finance, in July 2008, with a mandate to skill 150 million by 2022.

There are approximately 27 degree colleges across the state churning out unemployable graduates every year. The condition of the state is such that there is myriad of graduates but lacking enough skill.
