AGARTALA, Jan 19 (TIWN): On the occasion of 39th Kokborok Day a massive rally was organized at Agartala City.

From various cultures tribal girls and boys participated in that rally.

The rally was led by Minister Naresh Jamatia and MP Jiten Chowdhury .

Apart from tha  39th Kokborok quiz was held on Wednesday at Agartala.

The quiz ceremony took place  at Dasarath Deb Auditorium in Supari Bagan , Krishna Nagar.

The programme was initiated with welcome song and lamp lightening.

The quiz ceremony was attended by eminent personalities-  State Tribal welfare Minister-Aghore Debbarma; Chairman of TTAADC-Dr. Ranjit Debbarma.

The quiz was organized to increase general awareness among kokborok students.
