SABROOM, Jan 18 (TIWN): Tripura Health Department's negligence was almost killing 16 children in state. According to source, one MPW staff under Sabroom Sub Divisional Hospital provided few children with double Japanese Encephalitis dose, which resulted with 16 children's becoming serious ill.

Health Dept with the aim to fight the deadly disease and to save the human life from the threat of the disease organized JE vaccination program from January 9. It has been continued to January 22’.

But this incident has created huge resentment among the public. 

Reportedly, DM instructed SDM Sabroom ,School education department officials and health department for further  enquiry on urgent basis.
