AGARTALA, Jan 11 (TIWN): In an attempt to strengthen Tripura’s protest against Demonetization, as a part of revenge after CBI arrested the top most West Bengal leaders, West Bengal’s Minister for Irrigation and Waterways Rajib Banerjee arrived Tripura on Wednesday.

TMC leaders of Tripura led by Sudip Barman, Asish Saha along with others held a massive protest at Paradise Chowmuhani.

During his speech MLA Sudip Barman said that PM Modi just to shelter the corporate sectors people has given the major shock to the country’s people.

“In the last parliament Modi said that 580 peoples are having black-money and after nabbing the black-money atleast Rs. 15 lakhs will be returned to every citizens of India, which is their money. But today Modi has forgotten his all promises”, said Barman.

He further alleged that RBI is mainly involved in that activity led by PM Modi.
