Congress spokesperson Piyush Kanti Biswas talking on the background of protest programme which is scheduled to be held on Monday, he said that demonetization has failed to reduce any corruption in the society, rather it has increased the hunger, crisis all over the country.
"To symbolize the crisis, Congress women members will hold a protest rally here in Agartala on Jan 9", said Biswas.
According to Biswas, demonetization began as a move against black-money hacking. All moneys have been deposited, but where is black money ?
"Now the Govt is moving for cashless society, whereas cashless and demonetization are two different issues. Without demonetization, cashless could be done", Biswas said.
