DHARMANAGAR, Jan 5 (TIWN): A 4.5 meter python was recovered from Dharmanagar Charu Bazar area on Thursday.

This python recovery has triggered much tension among the local people there, whereas many other pythons in earlier times had been recovered from that same area.

However, the forest dept. officials came on the spot after that and taken the python towards Roa Wildlife Sanctuary. 

Due to rampant rubber plantation and destruction of forests - wild animals straying into various localities.
