AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): On the occasion of Police Day, Tripura DGP K Nagraj couldn’t deny the fact that the number of accidents in Tripura are drastically increasing.
Whereas at Bhagat Singh Hostel not before a month Nagraj said that the accident rate has came down in state, but again on Tuesday he mentioned that it’s becoming a matter of worry that so many accidents are occurring in here.
It’s worthy to say here that due to lack of proper traffic management in Tripura everyday people are dying here. On National Highway’s police can be found only for checking driving license for ‘bribe’.
However, along with accident rates Nagraj also mentioned about the day to day crime against women in state, but didn’t forget to mention that ‘in other states crimes are happening more’.
