AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): Tripura Police have observed Police-Day-2017 on Tuesday at AD Nagar ground, Agartala.
DGP K Nagraj led the all police official there, whereas CM Manik Sarkar was present as the Chief guest of the programme.
Police performed parade on AD Nagar ground and following the parade, CM and DGP K Nagraj and other high officials also delivered speeches.
Chief Minister Manik Sarkar motivated the police dept for being more active in their work.
Sarkar further urged for more Army force in Tripura, which has only 18 btln till day.
However, apart form Agartala, across the whole state the Police-Day was observed with full enthusiasm.
