At around 12 noon Minati Rani Dey(42)W/O- Amit Dey of Murapara under Jamjuri Panchayat was feeding her cattle in the lawn of her house amidst unceasing rain that began from early Wednesday morning. Suddenly a thunderstorm fell on her leading to serious burn injuries.

      With in a flash Minati fell on the ground unconscious. In criticak condition Minati's husband took her to the Tripura Sundari Hospital. But the doctors declared that Minati succumbed to her burn injuries without giving any chance of treatment. Minati a poor house wife was survived by her husband, a farmer by profession, and her two children. In the after noon her body was handed over to her family members.
