AGARTALA, Dec 15 (TIWN): On the occasion of 127th foundation day of Tripura's prominent & oldest school Umakanta Academy the students of Umakanta-NCC held cleanliness drive at Agartala’s various spots, including police stations.

This is a great occasion for Umakanta School as on Friday ‘Pustak-Mela’ to begin on Umakanta ground, where delegates from Bangladesh will remain present.

Umakanta Academy is an educational institute located in the heart of Agartala.

Established in 1890, it is the oldest school in Tripura.
