UDAIPUR, Dec 15 (TIWN): On Wednesday Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Court no. 03, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted one person namely Dilip Acharjee S/O Lt. Mrinal Acharjee of West Charakbai PS BKR, South District U/S 279/338 IPC.

 On 06-05-2014 RKP PS Case No. 2014RKP097 U/S- 279/338 IPC was registered on the basis of written complaint of Sri Abdul Hossain Chowdhury S/O Full Miah Chowdhury of Town Sunamura PS R.K Pur under Gomati District; against the driver of a MAX Bearing Regd. No. TR-01-D-2147 for negligent driving on 30-04-2014 at about 0900 hrs. in course of proceeding from Udaipur Brahmabari to Udaipur Town Sonamura Sidewhen reached at Rajarshi Town Hall at that time offending vehicle bearing no. TR-01-D-2147capsized the road . As a result the Father of the complt. received grievous injury.

 After investigation I.O of the case SI Subir Malakar filed Charge-sheet on 01-10-2014 vide RKP PS C/S No. 153/2014, U/S 279/338 IPC against the Driver of offending vehicle namely Dilip Acharjee  S/O Lt. Mrinal Acharjee of west Charakbai PS BKR, South District.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Dilip Acharjee  is hereby sentenced to  RI for a term of four month for commission of offence punishable U/S-279 IPC &  RI for a term of 0ne year for commission of offence punishable U/s 338 IPC. Both the sentences shall run concurrently.
