AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): Tripura Gramin Bank held a loan recovery camp on Wednesday at Press Club.

A huge number of loan takers returned the money to the bank on the spot, TIWN reported,

Banks are undergoing heavy losses everyday due to the burdens unrecovered loans and to motivate the state for loan recovery the programme was held at Agartala Press Club, where before media the beneficiaries retuned the money to the bank.

It was further advised to the beneficiaries that the cause and the utilization of the loane should be matched. ‘Use the money for the exact reason you showed in the form while taking loan, otherwise how you will able to return the money…’, bankers told the beneficiaries.
