AGARTALA, Nov 25 (TIWN): On Thursday the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Court no. 2, Udaipur Gomati Tripura, has convicted 3 (Three) accused persons namely (1) Sri Suman Das S/o Sri Swapan Das@ Dasharath (2) Sri Uttam Das S/O Sri Nikhil Das (3) Sri Mithun Das S/o Sri Arjun Das all of Dudhpuskarini PS KKB Under Gomati District, U/S-341/323/34 IPC .

On 04-09-2015, KKB PS Case No. 2015KKB087 U/S-341/326/354/34 IPC, was registered on the basis of written compliant of Complainant, against the accused persons namely- (1) Sri Suman Das S/o Sri Swapan Das@ Dasharath (2) Sri Uttam Das S/O Sri Nikhil Das (3) Sri Mithun Das S/o Sri Arjun Das all of Dudhpuskarini PS KKB Under Gomati District, for hurling attack and assault upon the complainant & her husband On 30-08-2015 night at about 2300 hrs at  Dudhpuskarini PS KKB.

 After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Prabal Deb On 30-09-2015, against the accused persons namely (1) Sri Suman Das S/o Sri Swapan Das@ Dasharath (2) Sri Uttam Das S/O Sri Nikhil Das (3) Sri Mithun Das S/o Sri Arjun Das all of Dudhpuskarini PS KKB Under Gomati District, vide KKB PS C/S No. 70/2015 U/S 341/323/34 IPC.

  The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused persons namely (1) Sri Suman Das (2) Sri Uttam Das (3) Sri Mithun Das all of Dudhpuskarini PS KKB Under Gomati District, is guilty U/S 341/323/34 IPC.  Now the Ld. Court considered therefore the convicts can be given benefit under Probation of Offenders act instead of sentencing them to any punishment or releasing them on probation of good conduct U/S-4 of Probation Act. They are released after due admonition.
