AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): To avoid any unwanted incident in the Capital City after a huge competition held at Barjala and final result also was out there on Tuesday, where CPI-M has declared as the winner, the security has been tightened at Agartala, TIWN reported.
The vote counting began at 7 AM on Tuesday morning and after few rounds of result declaration, the CPI-M candidates were announced as the winners both in Barjala and at Khowai constituencies.
However, there are high chances of few unwanted incident there and to avoid any disruption in peaceful lives of the state, Tripura police are in strict duty for next 24 hours, source said.
