KAMALPUR, Nov 20 (TIWN): The recent banning of currency notes of 500 & 1000 denominations already haunts the commoners. Adding to the problem, the supply of notes of 2000 denomination hardly provides any relief as day to day transactions need smaller denominations. Again, the proceedings of the banks and the chaos thereof create much problem. Still the commoners remain with the Central decision. In this proces the commers could claim 80 among 100 whereas the administration would get mere 20. Moreover, the negligence and inability of the centre to make proper arrangements to reduce the public plight also become evident. However, the common people remain with the government.
In this context, some political parties like TMC, Aam Aadmi Party and the leftists here in Tripura started to stir the roads demanding the cancellation of the order. In the state, the CPI-M and its organizations continue stirring roads demanding the cancellation. Almost every afternoon the leftists stir the roads and stage protest rally condemning the decision and blaming Modi with the allegation of autocracy. However, the commoners remain with the government.
