MANU, Nov 16 (TIWN): Seventeen people were injured in a road accident when a Commander Jeep bearing TR-03-2420 slipped into 30ft. low land .

The incident triggered huge panic among the people when the Commander Zeep slipped into low land  after losing control over the brakes of the Zeep at Bagmara area under Manu Bazar of Sabroom sub division.

Police suspecting that driver was intoxicated and thus lost control over the brake.

Getting alarm the Manu Bazar  police reached the spot and immediately rushed the injured to the nearby Manu Bankul PHC.
