BELONIA, Nov 1 (TIWN): Tension gripped after fire broke out at Belonia sub-divisional hospital on Monday.

The patients started to run to and fro after the fire broke out and getting informed fire brigade rushed to the spot & controlled the fire. 

The incident occurred at Delivery and Child ward of Belonia sub-divisional hospital at 2.30 pm. The patients of Delivery and Child ward were shifted to other wards during that time.

However, he cause of the fire yet to be identified, but resentment has brewed among the patients for such a negligence on the part of the hospital authority, which could bring heavy losses. 

No life loss has been reported so far.
