AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): Tripura Auto-rikshaw Karmi Samiti (TAKS), which is a Trinamool Unit, placed deputation to ADGP regarding various traffic related issues in Capital City.

First of all, protesting against the CITU’s increasing goondaraj, TAKS members said that in the name of Union, CITU members are doing as per their wishes and their tortures upon the passengers are going on across Agartala City.

TAKS also asked for necessary actions to take against the increasing accidents and urged to deploy more numbers of traffic police at various corners of Agartala City. 

They also demanded to diminish unnecessary harassments to drivers by police regarding various legal papers for vehicle. 

The members also urged to further tighten the traffic system at Nagerjala, Battala area.
